THE SERVICE Although there was an error or glitch that occurred were it was not showing my order then showed it picked up, the staff and the manager Island were so amazing and focused with getting resolution as those was my first order. Island was able to determine my food has not gone out and was able to get my order prepared for delivery. They went above and beyond. They did not blame anyone or refer me to DoorDash. They were experienced to resolve the matter. They followed up up with me and I was able to notify them of my food being delivered. THE FOOD This was not just a regular burger. It was juicy and moist. The bacon flavor was amazing. The onion rings had to be double or triple dipped because they alone were filling. Even the fries were good. I plan to visit this location in the near further to experience this awesome crew!!!

The Wagyu Smash burger was definitely worth the try. The burger was enough to fill me up for my lunch break without leaving me super hungry or tired. The ingredients are always fresh here and I would definitely try it again! HD sauce and pickled jalapeños were a new and nice experience for me. 5/5

Wagyu Smash tastes good, and the sauce is not bad. Personally, it's not so match with the burger. But the pickle jalapeno is a very good match with the burger, and the texture is a bit similar to Shake Shack. The portion is a little too small compared to other burgers on the menu. It is not enough for one person. It's definitely fresh, good quality of a smash burger. I will not order it again, considering the price and the portion. I will order Ahi tuna or another burger instead.

The Double Bacon Jam was great, I've been ordering from Hopdoddy for over a year now. Never not had a good burger from them. Their Green Chile Queso Brussels Leaves are really good, it's the only way I'll eat Brussels. Good flavor

The Hand-Cut Traditional Fries don't look hand cut.Theywere chewy. The burger was ok,didn't like the bun. I was able to eat half of my hamburger
