Lucknowi chicken biryani is
Delicious but really mild. There were a lot of boneless chicken pieces and overall it had great taste.

Achari Chicken: awesome flavor 10/10
Paneer Butter Masala: great flavor 8/10
Laccha Paratha: not authentic. I'd call it roti at best. At $8 a piece a deal breaker. 3/10
Missi Roti GF: very authentic. Could be a little thicker and softer. 8/10.
Lucknowi Chicken Biryani: not authentic. Lacks flavor and texture. 5/10.
Raita: very authentic taste. 10/10.
Overall, packaging was great. Reached us warm. When added Achari chicken to biryani rice, flavor was just exploding in my mouth. Same can be said for paneer.
Thank you for such great food otherwise.

Everything was delicious, fresh and really hit the spot! The Onion Chili Cheese Kulcha delivers SO well!! Portions are just right. Delivery was very prompt. Will definitely be ordering on a regular basis. GupShup is absolutely an NYC favorite.

Had high expectations but was very disappointed. The dal makhani had a burnt flavor to it and had leaked out from the packaging. The paneer was floating in oil and tasted like Indian wedding paneer dishes. The kulcha too was mid.
Add to that the quantity of food was not great at all. Would not try to get delivery from this restaurant again

Gupshup has been my favourite place to eat in NY - I always order from here when I visit NY and  I have never been disappointed until today- it may have been a one off but the biryani that I had received through doordash lacked flavour and the chicken had a weird smell- the food was packed perfectly and was hot when it reached me , but the taste and quality were both disappointing - I hope to receive a better product next time
