perfect pizza. the cheese to sauce to crust ratio is on point. plus the quality of cheese. Best pizza in Cleveland hands down

Nothing Baja about the quesadilla. It only had cheese. Pizza was made to fit original recipe. I wanted the Italian sausage removed and added spinach. Nothing was honored. They have great sizes for the sauces though.

I have never been so disappointed in Guys as I was tonight. I ordered 1/2 Sheet Meatzza and added mushoots and pineapple. I received a pizza with just mushrooms and pineapple, no meat. Definitely not worth the price paid. Ordered thin crust aand the crust was tough and overworked. Hummus & Pita the Hummus wasn't as god as I remembered form previous orders and the pita was not warm but was rock hard and stale. The only thing that seems decent is the Antipasta Salad

Half the order was missing, order arrived over and hour and a half past estimated delivery time (one dasher left because the store was taking too long), pizza was undercooked, 6 Pieces Chicken Wings weren't crispy, bones broke very easily, most of the wings had no meat on the ends- just exposed bone/cartilage.
I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on this place. So im gonna assume it's a problem with the staff/who is working.

guys Pizza has always served great food over the years and great customer service I haven't had one bad experience.
