My order of fries were barely seasoned. You couldn't even taste the salt. Just potato. My deep-fried green beans were burned. I'm really shocked. And the strawberry shake didn't look natural at all. It looked very artificial. There were no pieces of strawberry or anything. Very underwhelming for the price.

I ordered the Portabella Char Meal with a cucumber limeade and payed for ranch . I received the wrong drink, no ranch, and bland fries with no salt. I usually love the hair but I think this particular store is not it. Disappointed. Burger was okay.

I love this place I always get what I ordered and it taste fresh, my favorite is the Sweet Potato Fries omg I love them Charburger with Cheese and ranch thank you so much , I enjoy my lunch so much now

paid $.50 for 4 ranch plus 1 was supposed to come with onion rings total 5, only received 2. Paid for extra mayo mustard grilled onions portabello mushrooms and well-done meat. 1 had no mushrooms no mustard or grilled onions. the other 2 so much lettuce they were sloppy and no grilled onions. All 3 were raw pink and thrown in containers so sloppy and bread was broken with a finger impression in them. $63+ and my family didn't get a meal to eat. (mainly due to raw meat) CALLED HABIT IN HEMET RECORDING DIRECTED ME TO GO ONLINE TO SUBMIT ANY COMPLAINTS. I WENT ONLINE YO SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE AS OF 15 HOURS LATER STILL NOTHING.
