Wow! Great tasting food. I discovered them on the show Check Please on PBS. I had the Beef Chow Fun and cucumber salad. Both tasted good. The portions are plenty for me to have leftovers for a day or two. I recommend this restaurant! I'll be back.

Updated review. Get the veggies sautéed. They're really good and it's rare to find a place that has a decent variety of greens that isn't salad. I've been enjoying the side dishes and wantons as well, very tasty. Portions are great for filling you up but leans on the pricier side esp with the upcharge for the sauté.

Ordered twice now, my first try was dan dan noodles and chili oil dumplings but they were underwhelming in flavor. This particular order was much better!! 27. Singapore Rice Noodle 10/10, excellent flavor and well cooked. 48. Steamed Custard Bao (4Pc) also 10/10 they were perfectly steamed with a mild sweetness - I ate one first before the rest of my meal because I wanted to try them fresh but they also reheat well! 40. Bok Choy great portion and well cooked, but I ordered with a soy garlic sauce and while the garlic was very present, I wasn't tasting much soy except a tiny bit in the juices at the bottom. If you have soy sauce on hand it's an easy remedy. This could be a plus for those watching their salt intake.

This is the best dim sum in the valley and I say this having tired many alternatives. I've eaten a fair bit of their menu now having visited the restaurant a few times and can say the xiao long, signature, and chili wonton are real standouts. Will order again 100%.

36. House Fried Rice - best fried rice I've had in a long time,seasoning was great, meat was deliciously tender. will be my go-to fried rice. 7. Signature Dumplings -also great especially with dipping sauce
