This food truck comes by my office park sometimes and it's always a must-have. The owner/chef is hilarious. The truck is really well-organized (they give you buzzers for when your order is ready and allow online ordering before you even come outside to the truck).
The food is incredible. I know the fried chicken with garlic ginger aioli gets all the hype. And it IS great. But the sleeper menu item is the fried fish.
Portion sizes are awesome too, get the combo plate and you won't be hungry when you're done.

The Fried chicken is amazing, and the rice always comes our perfect. Even thugh its a food truck I love its food. Huge pieces of chicken as well!

Food was just okay in my opinion. The teriyaki chicken was super sugary tasting and the tempura shrimp had no dip to county the fatty oils. But I think the recipe is the problem as everything was cooked well and still juicy and tender.
