Ive lived in Altavista for almost 11 years and ive never had a complaint about our Hardees, however, all good things come to an end as they say. Today we received old, COLD food not at the fault of the driver as they came straight here from the restaurant and we are less than 3 miles from the store. Not only was all the food cold we were missing a drink and the icing for the Blueberry Biscuit 2 Pack , I even ordered extra icing. The Blueberry Biscuit 2 Pack were so hard they made knocking noises when hit on the table ( iwas so excited to try these too!). The Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit Combo was made with old chicken, the Egg & Cheese Wrap was literally 1.5" wide and 3" long -what a joke, and the hashrounds were undercooked and cold. Highly dissatisfied with the quality of the food for the DoorDash order, my in store experience has always been pleasant so it's super frustrating to get bad food via delivery.

The 10 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Box and the chicken Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich were very poor quality the chicken taste awful like it was the bottom of the barrel usually they give out good quality food but today was not It and the cost almost $30 for this is ridiculous

Burger patties ice cold and overcooked to the point of burnt. Same old Hardee's, poor product quality, no pride in serving properly prepared food.

Both burgers were burnt and fries were cold. One was suppo to be a double and didnt have but one piece of meat

gave the dasher a hard time, didn't care that they made the order late or that they didn't have it ready. took 20 minutes to get ready PAST the order time. also didn't package it correctly
