• 30/3/26Out of part of order. Dasher messaged me for substitution and they did not follow those instructions either. Dasher also mentioned that they were not very helpful in person either and were not listening to her.

• 11/12/24Burger & fries were both cold. No extra mayo as requested....actually no mayo at all, no tomato like it is supposed to have. The burger wasn't very good. They practically threw a patty, bacon (which didn't taste like candied bacon), & some cheese on sourdough bread. I probably won't order from Hardee's again or it will be a very long time if I ever so.

• 16/3/26Did not receive milkshake or cinnamon rolls. The tater tots were hard and the brioche bun was not fresh tasting. Left a lot to be desired.
