Everything that I got tastes fine. It's the fact that the last few times I have ordered from here, I'm always missing items. This time I'm missing a side of gravy. I don't mind paying extra on the app- it the price of convenience. However I have paid repeatedly for items that I have never gotten and that money adds up. As someone who has worked both in fast food and restaurants, I know it takes three seconds to double check to ensure a happy customer.

I did not receive the sausage and egg biscuit and half of the hash rounds were hard and old and the other half were undercooked.

the breakfast crew is great but the night crew service is horrible. I received a half empty broken fry box with my meal.

I got 6 hash round in a Hardee Breakfast Platter® I paid the price for what to still be hungry????

I did not get the large order of Hash Rounds® which I paid almost 4.00 for; I am well aware that it is not the drivers fault but I called Hardee's and they could not do anything for me so i am out the 4.00. Disappointed
