Yesterday I ordered 2 orders of 5 chicken strips. When I got the order, each order only had 4 strips in the boxes. Tonight I ordered Ham and cheese with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. Which I might add I had to pay extra to add these to my sandwich. Well guess what?!?! No lettuce, tomato, pickle or mayo. Greatly disappointed.

Food was good save for one item. The Blueberry Biscuit 2 Pack was NOT as aadvertised. Sure, we all know fast food never looks like the pictures, but there wasn't even an attempt to make these appealing. Just a single giant glob of cold, hardened icing on a dry, hard biscuit.

The burger was overcooked. The fries were inedible. They were overcooked and hard as rocks. There wasn't a whole fry in the order. They were clearly from the bottom of the batch. Although I ordered 2 combos and paid for both, I only received 1 drink. Pathetic. I want my money back.

Wonderful job Hardee's! The Hall's location is superb. Everything was delicious and exactly as we ordered. This is the best location by far. Thank you!
