Burger and breakfast sandwich good - fried egg that was supposed to be on breakfast sandwich and reason for ordering it was replaced with folded liquid egg - called about that - manager said eggs not available - disappointing

Good-sized portions for the price. Fries were cold and several were so hard that they were inedible. I wish that they had a option to request condiments.

Food is hard and feels and tastes like its been sitting all day. Gravy was just a spoon full at most. Horrible service.

What a disappointment! It's usually so good. The fries were soggy, cold and only a third of the container they were in. They also tasted just like the jalapeño poppers. They were ok but jeez. I didn't get the burger I ordered and got one smothered in mayo with a tiny piece of lettuce. My husbands Frisco Angus Burger had none of the toppings that was listed. Everything was so cold. I wasted $42. I'll think twice before ordering from here again.

I ordered a medium chocolate shake without the whip topping and received a small, half full cup and was told this is policy without the whip cream. Im pretty sure it's a whip "topping" not a cup of whip cream. Also ordered a medium fry that was half empty as well.
