The packaging was very good. The food was very tasteful and the service was quick and fast.

everything in the Tier 3 Original Bag was bad and undercooked, the sandwiches were not the spicy versions, way too much mayo in the sandwiches, tea was not sweet, worst experience I've ever had from door dash and Hardee's, Crispy Curls® were undercooked and tasted Terrible, the driver was awesome tho atleast, but id order from the Springfield one it has much better quality and actually good food

Food is overpriced for how little they actually give you, Chicken tastes like burnt rubber. They forgot half of my first order so I had to reorder. Not worth it

Ever time I customize my coffee it never is correct. It's very disappointing because Hardee's has the best biscuits in town.

There was so much cheese and I didn't get bacon on my burger. There was so much cheese that all you taste.
