I'm wasn't sure what new management would be like at the Hardee's in Monroe, but if the food I got this morning says anything then they need to do better. I paid for extra icing on my Cinnamon 'N' Raisin Biscuit 2 Pack ...didn't get it. My Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ was sad. The biscuit was so small and the gravy wasn't seasoned at all. I have eaten at a lot of Hardee's in my life and even worked at one for awhile and this was the saddest food that I have ever received from them. I hope they work on this because the usually have some of the best biscuits and gravy around.

The 3-Piece 3 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ were a bit overbooked today. They were too Crunchy & had the overcooked taste. And I ordered 4 of them. Therefore, they were not enjoyable so we ate the Cheeseburgers instead.
I hate that the Tenders weren't good because the last time I got them they were Golden Brown & delicious! I'll try again one day.

My order was completely wrong, they did not give me the drink I order and did not offer a substitute, my Hash Rounds® were severely under cooked , my Sausage Biscuit wasn't even a Sausage Biscuit it was some cookie bread with no meat

the turkey bacon was burned..and the scrambled egg was flat on bottom of box.
