My only complaint really was the sandwhich. The bread was hard almost inedible. I wound up having to take the top bun off. The bacon was a tad bit over cooked. This is the first time I've had a bad experience with this particular Hardee's.

Both hotdogs from my order were old. Chili on one of the Jumbo Chili Dogs was old and dried to the hotdogs and the onions were dry looking as well. The Big Cheeseburger had no cheese at all and was poorly made. Could not eat any of this! Greatly disappointed with this order!

I did not receive any napkins or a straw for my drink. The chicken sandwich was delicious as always. The cinnamon biscuits are not like they used to be. I'm just now going back to Hardee's after many many years of not using them the cinnamon raisin biscuits used to be incredible. So you probably had them the new version around for a while who knows but they're just not as good as 15 years ago, lol

Biscuits were good but a little soggy. Hash Rounds® were under done and container was half empty.

Super Sausage Biscuit they have stopped using the fresh cracked eggs even if you pay extra for it. The scrambled box is just not as good. Shouldn't offer something and charge extra for it still not do it right
