Portions are ample, the food is always fresh.
Topping the Kilauea Chicken Classic off with some pineapple from the pineapple skewers and the seasoned vegetables set the taste off, 100%.
One of my favorite orders and will continue to order this again.

I've gotten Hawaiian Bros several times at this point and every time I order it is hot, fast, fresh, and always correct. They give you plenty of rice, and the pineapple is so fresh-- best around. I usually order a large side of pineapple. While the Mac salad is not my favorite that's only because I'm used to Authentic Hawai'i auntie Mac salad, so no hard feelings. Otherwise-- the food is PRESSURE.

The food is absolutely amazing. It's fresh and the teriyaki sauce is perfect. The rice is fluffy and perfect. I'm from Amarillo and we don't have this and that makes me sad!! I am going to look into that!!

Large - Honolulu Chicken - the taste was really good, but for $20, the entree was mostly rice and a single layer of meat on top of the rice bed. then a big scoop of more rice, and 6 pieces of pineapple instead of the Mac salad. Lots of the cheaper ingredient, mostly full from the rice.

first time eating from the restaurant, I chose the $20 mixed plate, which I assumed would be a decent size entree portion. With that being said, it looks like a 4oz portion on each meat, running restaurants for almost 20 years. I can tell you 4 Oz portion is a standard portion. There is mostly just rice under the meat. The flavor is decent but not overly great. The vegetables have no season . Food is ok, but there is nothing I would ever pay for again for the price.
