Always a delight ordering from Heart & Soy! They add plenty of the protein selection (in my case, tofu) and my Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad w/ Tofu & Egg Roll always looks as aesthetically pleasing as it tastes. One of the best vegetarian/vegan places to eat at in Louisville as a non-vegan/vegetarian!

After seeing Heart & Soy recommended several times in vegetarian/vegan groups I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice and Fresh Spring Rolls (2) with Peanut Sauce for dinner. Both dishes were delicious! The spring rolls are the best I've ever had, and the peanut sauce was perfect. The portions were quite large for the price as well. I will 100% be eating here again!

Listen, I had to stop mid-bite and write this review. ALL the reviews are right. This place is amazing. I got the wonton soup, pad Thai and spring rolls. The immense flavor in every bit of every dish....just wow! I've never tasted vegetarian food this delicious. Ample portions. Fresh ingredients. There is nothing missing in these dishes. I'm beyond impressed and would order from here again the next time I'm in town. Wow!

I order from here at minimum 3x a week. This food is locally and freshly prepped, every single item. You can taste the love they put in to EVERYTHING. The soups like yellow curry and Braised Beets are incredible. My favorite is the spring Fresh Spring Rolls (2) with Peanut Sauce and Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad with Egg Roll & Tofu. It's hard to stray from these items but I have almost tried everything and every single thing is AMAZING. Full of flavor. Incredible for your dollars worth. Healthy and delicious. I love the staff. They are like my family and always answer with my name when I call and know exactly what I want. I'm so grateful for this place. It has my heart. It's hard to find vegan food that is consistently incredible in the area, and they blow me away every time. Thank you Heart and Soy fam. You all make my days and belly happier!

Roots/Heart & Soy is my favorite restaurant in Louisville. I've never had a single complaint. I could close my eyes and pick several things with no context and feel the same way. The tea, desserts, appetizers, smoothies, everything is both healthy and comforting. And the service is always phenomenal.
