Great experience overall. The burgers were well packaged and arrived at a perfect temperature. Very flavourful and a great portion size—one burger was enough to feel fully satisfied. Took advantage of the BOGO deal and it was definitely worth it.

I’ve enjoyed my orders here until today. The fries were undercooked, raw in parts, mushy, and soggy. The burger tasted spoiled and didn’t seem fresh at all. It felt like the tomato and onions were just thrown on to cover up the poor quality.

Every order from Hero Burger feels like it was made with a lot of love. My food is always fresh, the portions are 😘 and I love seeing a smiley face on my bag it makes me feel extra special 🥹. You’ve officially become my favorite restaurant and I want to eat here every week for the rest of my life!

Very bland 4 Oz Signature Cheeseburger. Beef was a little burned. They never prepared the smoothie.
