Milton Yin, a chef and restaurateur, introduced his pan-Asian concept to Omaha in 2003.
Hiro’s Crunch Roll and Spicy Brussels Sprouts were absolutely delicious! My favorite sushi place in Lincoln!!

Just fantastic, I don't eat a lot of hot food but this roll and the chefs that prepare it make it a huge exception. This last time they fried the rice so flawlessly it was crunchy but at the same barely browned so the rice had this incredible frosty appearance. The flavors and garnishments all looked and tasted perfect.

Crab cake bites were massively overpriced. you only get 4 and they charge 12$ for that. crab Rangoon was very old to the point of being soggy.

Love Hiro! The California Roll and Husker Roll are simple but a favorite for picky eaters like me. Crab Rangoon was crispy and arrived still hot!

I love the Rock ’n' Roll, and the flavor of the Asian Short Ribs is good, but the meat is really thin, kind of dry, & there is maybe 3oz in total. They did remove any bones, or maybe they are boneless pieces? It would be better with rice, but you only get meat, no sides.
This was a pick-up order, so maybe it would be better at the restaurant. I'll definitely get the Asian Short Ribs again when I go in to eat.
