This place is 5 star and nothing less I ordered the deep fried salt and pepper chicken, beef w/black bean chow mein with a special request of no egg or meat. They honored it to the T and I really appreciate that. Also everything was delicious and well done. Was not scarce with the servings nor cold or old when arrived. Worth every penny

Both meals were great. Each meal could feed 2-4 people depending on how much they each. I had a special order with the Chow Fun and ask if it could be a special to include shrimp, chicken and beef and they did it. It was so good.

The 7. 樟茶鸭 / Zhangcha Duck (Camphor Tea smoked Duck) had a nice smokey flavor, crispy skin. It came with some toasted flaky sesame pastry that had a thin layer of vegetable filling. The bottom on some were burnt, but otherwise very light, crispy and tasty. Have a plate ready to catch the sesame seeds and flakes when you bite into it.
The 1. 清炖萝卜牛腩汤 / Clear Stewed Radish and Beef Brisket Soup has cilantro and vermicelli in it. Do not expect the brisket to be like you see at BBQ places. There's supposed to be layer of silverskin and pieces of tendon that makes this dish authentic and collagen rich.
The brisket, tendon and daikon radish are cut very thin, I prefer big chunky pieces. Other than that, this is my favorite version that I have had in San Diego. Good flavor, not too salty. The meat was tender and the tendon was soft but still had that slight bit of resistance when you bite into it.

They took over an hour to make the food while 2 different Dashers waited to pick it up.
