They gave me extras when they were out of something I ordered. I really appreciate their effort to make it better!! Plus the tea is amazing

I've ordered from other stores and receive better packing and colder drinks. Better tea ice ratio. I don't suggest this store

I love HTea0 however the teas I received tonight was not what was ordered. It was supposed to be two flavors in each drink - Sweet Tea + Sweet Wild Raspberry however all I received in each drink was Sweet Tea. The containers were labeled as ordered but it just was not what was received. It was disappointing. The sweet Tea was still tasty but it was just not what was ordered.
