Ham and Cheese Omelet was undercooked. I ordered extra butter on the White Toast (2). i only received one slice and NO butter was on it. the hashbrowns was extremely greasy. the entire entree was cold as well. this was not worth the $24 i paid for it.

The bacon was so burnt it was black and super crunchy on the Mega Bacon Smash Deluxe and the BLT, it was absolutely disgusting we had to throw it away. The portion size they gave me for the Mashed Potato was LESS than a scoop and a spoon filled gravy amount. My children ate their food just fine but it was a Grilled Cheese and Kid's Chicken Tenders (2). Not to mention the wait time was almost an hour.
I'm upset because we always get great food when we actually go into the restaurant. For the price we paid it is a shame we had to throw it away.

my kid could not eat the tenders they were so hard fried and old oil very overcooked and tastes spicy they look nothing like the picture the fries were okay but I wasted 12 to $13 on three chicken strips that my kid didn't even enjoy

My Classic Patty Melt was burnt the bread and all the bacon on breakfast and BLT was not done in spots. Some days it's good but today wasn't the day
