I spent $47 for two meals which wouldn't have been bad if the meal was made right. I had the 2 Eggs & Applewood Smoked Bacon meal I added the option of 2 pieces of American cheese which cost a little over $2 more and got shredded cheese which was no extra cost. I ordered an extra egg with American cheese same option on the side. You can clearly see where they took one of the 2 eggs from the meal to offer as a 3rd egg. My toast was supposed to be lightly toasted but was not, 2 of the 4 pieces was almost burnt. All of it was cold. The only condiment included for this meal was butter. The Triple HuddleBurger® was surprisingly still warm was made right, condiments were ketchup and mustard in the bag. This is the second time in 6 months that we've ordered, trying to give it another chance, but it's just not gotten any better especially for the cost. Had it been at least made right, it would have been worth it.

We had not ordered from HH for a long time because of poor results. We decided to give it another try. The hashbrowns were rubbery, the omelet was much smaller than expected, and there was no toast. Disappointed.

Sent a small coffee instead of a large coffee . That is the second time in a row which you guys have done that. The coffee is very expensive for a small.

Franklin Huddle House has basically went down hill to the point of almost no return. Everytime I order anymore they mess it up somehow. This latest order I ordered biscuit and gravy and oreo pancakes. the biscuit and gravy came wrapped in wax paper basically absorbing all they grave and the "oreo" pancakes had no whip cream and like one oreo in the pancake which was also flipped upside down in the bag and the chocolate syrup was also absorbed by the wax paper. I also work in restaurants and currently understand staffing issues and other work related issues in this environment but they lack of care and disrespect you send with orders like this to your customers mean you have no care for the food you make or the customers who enjoy it. 3 out of 10.

The BOWL of chili was about 4 Oz, it was over 8.00. The bowl of mashed potatos was a lot less than a bowl as well. The Homestyle Huddle Bowl was not as ordered. Very dissatisfied. Definitely unacceptable.
