Burgers had half of the ingredients they were meant too, missing mayo, missing cheese, meat was unseasoned. The chips and gravy was a solid block, it was closer to a potato loaf rather than chips. Packaging was well done. Stick to the HJ staples they do well at, all the new and trendy stuff is terrible.

At least this time we got all the burgers we ordered but For the second time in a few weeks the burgers were undercooked and barely edible
The meat is mushy and just barely cooked
Burgers arrived cold, which I think is not the driver as the chips were warm.
