Been going to Hj for years and it still my favourite fast food store. the customer service is amazing and the food is really good,beside a few very rare order mistake (we are all humans) I never had a bad time with the food or service.
Truthful I even stop visiting other burger fast food places since I know the burger will be better and the place is cleaner.

The Carolina Jacks Fried was good, but the plain chicken mayo burger was gross. I also didn't let my toddler have the chicken nuggets because they looked old.
Hungry Jacks have dropped the ball a bit.
The Jacks Fried chicken also isn't the same as when it first came out. The chicken was way crispier and gave KFC a run for the money, which could have something to do with it, who knows.

how do you put a sundae next to the burger bag and think it won't melt the delivery driver could see with the bag with the seals inside ice cream next to the burger and she apologized but it was the store who are responsible I want a replacement sundae
