I always order from this store, the consistency of my orders are always perfect! Sometimes straws are forgotten, but!! Overall love ordering from here, I’d like to acknowledge the Team Member that wrote me a nice note about not having salted caramel ❤️

Every time I order a Medium Whopper® Cheese Hunger Tamers with no onion, my burger always comes with onion and half hanging out the box. This has happened to me 4 times. I work in fast food myself, it's really not this hard to read the grill slip or put the burger actually IN the box.

Whopper® Junior Cheese was nice and fresh.
The Caramel Fudge Iced Coffee was ok except by the time it arrived, all the whipped cream had melted, and there was no syrup, which cost extra, and there was only a very small amount of caramel drizzled on the top. The Large Caramel Sundae for some reason, came in a regular COFFEE CUP! and had NO CARAMEL FUDGE/SAUCE!!!! just the mixed bursting which was extra. I'm assuming that the reason it was in a coffee cup was so you couldn't see through it and notice that there was NO SAUCE!
Unacceptable performance by uncaring and apparently unmotivated staff. sad.

The food was slow to be prepared. My dasher waited another 15 minutes longer before receiving my order. When it arrived, 3 identical meals, they still managed to miss out on one set of chips. Taste and freshness were at least good and hot still. Portion was obviously missing one, but the rest at least were full. Will have to think carefully if I decide to order again or not.

Cheeseburger patty was mouldy! And the onion Battered Onion Rings were so burnt it was nearly ash!!!
