I ordered a Traditional Chicken Bucket with baked chicken instead of fried. I got 2 baked pieces and the rest were fried. In addition, the chicken was very dry and somewhat cold, so it seemed pretty old. Please just cancel the order if you can't fulfill the request.

Seems to be they are consist missing items. Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders Dinner was missing sauces that they say are included tednders and potatoes were hard like they had been sitting out all day. They are also usually out of sides this time buttered corn. I ordered ahead of dinner rush and assumed options should have been avail

Food was good, but this is the 2nd time food was missing (rolls) and vegetable substitution was made. Disappointing.
