The food was ok at best. I only had one night in Charleston I wish I picked another restaurant to try some southern food. The grits was thick, one piece like a jello. The she crab soup had pieces of shell in it.

I guess there is a first time for everything because the food we got today was mediocre at best and missing items. No fries, no remoulade sauce, underseasoned Salmon Croquettes that are normally amazing, bland lumpy shrimp and grits, and the hushpuppies tasted like straight beer.

My order was wrong but we're not seafood picky so just went with it. Very poorly packed though. The sides spilled out the side. Who puts liquify grits or Mac and cheese in a styrofoam container and then packs it sideways???

Ordered the Shrimp or Salmon-n-GritsHyman's Shrimp DinnerHushpuppy BasketLobster-Based Seafood Bisque and Lowcountry Gumbo. Everything was mediocre, much too expensive for the quality. Maybe just a bad night??? 🤷🏽
