The spice of the broth was warm but not hot. Hints of sweet. I ordered an extra broth just to have for later. The 3 shrimp were tender. Everything was good especially for this cold 30 degree night I ordered the seaweed because I love it.

It was delicious, but needed salt - they provided soy sauce. The broth

Char Siu ramen bowl was amazing! The broth is so flavorful and the noodles are perfectly made. Chicken Kara Age appetizer is great as well. Definitely my new number one spot.

Crab rangoons were decent. Sad that the ramen tasted like fish water. I've had this place before and it was amazing, this time, I thought I got 3 week old ramen.
