I've been there many times. but today who ever was cooking Colorado Omelette felt like cooking. it was Excellent!! if I wasn't a believer in IHOP today's meal made me a believer all over again!!!

I don't feel like this is $5 worth of Crispy Breakfast Potatoes but they were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I love the flavor of the pancakes and the Build Your Own Omelette+ was made exactly as I asked. The drink is ok I prefer it in the restaurant.

Every time they have been sending the country fried steak with NO gravy! Who wants to eat it without any gravy? It was all cold. But other than that it was decent. Omelet was good. Fruit was a rip off they barely put anything in the bowl. I ordered it previously and it was way more fruit than this time. I spent a lot of money for them to want to skim on things I paid for.

I was supposed to get a strawberry banana pancakes and only brown bananas came on it. They didn't even give the syrup with it. Also the hash browns were supposed to be crispy and they in fact weren't. The omelettes were good though

I'm sure this is better if you order it at the restaurant, but it was horrible delivered. I ordered the NEW Dubai Chocolate Pancakes - (Short Stack) and it was missing half of its ingredients and wasn't assembled. They literally just gave me chocolate chip pancakes, a tiny side of whip cream, and little side of pistachio cream. I wouldn't order this again.
