Food was still hot when it arrived and everything was cooked perfectly. They were even mindful enough to include multiple utensils, condiments (thank you because I forgot to even ask), and it was all packaged very nicely. Will most definitely order from this specific location again.

My pancakes and fish was so scrumptious! Yes, this was all for me!😀 Everything was packaged up so nicely and still nice and warm. IHOP took special care in giving me all the condiments and plastic ware I needed. I was very impressed. Will definitely order from this IHOP again. Actually this is near my work place. I order out a lot when I'm at work.

Updated Review: This location delivered tonight. Our food was hot, freshly made, nicely put together and the utensils were remembered. My Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich was delicious. I'm so glad we ordered again.

First time my order has been completely correct from and IHOP. Eggs were wonderful, Hash Browns super crispy, and food was nice and warm even after I had to take care of something before digging in.

The omelette was horrible. it tasted like it was cooked on grilled with old grease or hadn't been cleaned. Most of the steak was on the side of the omelettes, not inside and there were a couple of hash browns strands.nothinglse inside of the omelettes. very disappointing.
