They really take their time to perfect their craft. Their miso soup is delicious and sashimi is sliced very well. I hate when sashimi is too thick to eat. I highly recommend this place for everyone who experienced Japan and looking for something quick

We order from here often. Today was hit and miss. Yellowtail Carpaccio was a bit thicker cut than Ilike it but meat was fresh and flavorful. Salmon Toro was rich and buttery. The Love Roll was good but nothing too memorable. The Baltimore Roll didnt have much flavor at all.

Definitely oneof the best sushi restaurants in town. The special rollsare creative without trying to do "too much". The fish is always fresh and high quality.

Shrimp Tempura Roll was mediocre at best, the Yellowtail Roll was absolutely terrible. The Yellow Tail Toro was surprisingly good, but the Shrimp (Steamed) could have been better. Also, for a place that does sushi, a dish focused around rice, they sure are stingy about the amount of rice given. Generous portions of fish for the nigiri, though.

My special Bennington Roll was delicious! Fresh, and also a decent amount of fish and avocado in the roll. Loved it!
