Dry.
"Expensive and Dry" is how I would sum it up. Despite ordering lots of extras, the burritos were mostly rice. Even the tortillas were dry and papery.
If I paid half as much I wouldn't be as disappointed, but I was expecting moist, flavorful deluxe burritos and succulent meats for the price. I ordered 2 types of meats with different salsas, different rice etc, and both were dry and low on flavor.
The "spiciest" house salsas was hardly noticeable, almost as if they didn't put any in. My other burrito had hardly any mild salsa noticeable either. Couldn't really detect any sour cream or cheese, either. I asked for both to be "slathered" in salsa verde, but neither has any I could detect. Maybe they forgot? They still charged me an absurd amount for it!
Pros: Large portion sizes if you're hungry, but mostly rice.
Cons: Expensive, dry, skimp on salsas, sour cream etc.
I'm embarrassed to have paid money for this experience and I feel like I've been scammed. Never again!

The way they fill their salsa cups up makes you really feel like we're in full recession mode, laughable potion compared to most. Tasted great but left a less than ideal impression. Likely wont order from this location again.

Burrito's have gotten much smaller. This is half the size of what I've received in the past and I payed for extra barbacoa. This tiny burrito cost me $19. Very disappointing.

Do not order ahead and go pick up. I went to pick up my food past the time they said it would be ready and they hadn't even started. I watched 20-30 people who were standing in line order, walk through, and get their food right away. Several families even ate and left before I got my food. When i asked about it- I was snapped at.
