I ordered the 1 Pollo Entero al Carbon and Lomo Saltado Inca Grill and I have to say both dishes were very tasty and the quaity of meat was excellent! The arroz chaufa was also cooked very well, would definitely recommend any of these dishes to try!

Unfortunately pretty disappointing. I was excited to check it out because they make it "Al carbon" but as soon as I took a bite I was disappointed. At least the fries were okay and the Ajis (sauces) as well. The chicken felt like it was preheated, also no flavor, missing salt. I dont know how it was marinated.
