Am 1st Gen American, not ESL but Dutch, Indonesian cuisine and English all learned at the same time. Folks born in Java, mother second to none in cooking Rijstaffel. This place is the second and even better in presentation. She's 90 and this restaurant she craves their product selection! We've had everything here and yet to have anything not be fresh and delicious. Staff always courteous and kind. a top shelf establishment that serves as an immigrant's comfort food.

The Pad Thai is good but I didn't like the chicken there were only a few good pieces the rest were kind of grey and inedible for me. So if you order it take the shrimp instead I think that would be better. Also I have to say the portion is a little small for $25. The bag was sealed and the dish well packaged, unfortunately no napkins or utensils.

The food was ok. Nothing stellar. The quantities are tiny. A $20+ entree is a small bowl of curry with no sides. Not good value for money. Won't order takeout/delivery. Maybe after the pandemic is over, I'll go in person if the ambiance and service are good

I had the Roti Prata and Pad Thai w/extra tofu. Both were fresh tasting and hot. I wish I had ordered a second serving of the Roti.

Good food but expensive. Pad Thai is >$20 and then another $5 if you want a protein. We spent $100 on take out for 2.
