Order was incorrect, cookies were not great quality and delivery caused them to break in the box. I called their customer service and got a refund but given the proce I expected better quality. I dont think I'll order from here again.

Cookies were hard. Even after warming up in the microwave. Sounded like a rock. Definitely the worse location I've had

Whoever is running the ship at this location is not baking their cookies long enough. They're basically raw cookie dough, but warmed up. Also didn't include the beverage in my order and Door Dash refused to refund it, thanks a lot.

I've gone to many insomnia cookies and I must say these were the smallest cookies I've received not sure what's happening there.
