They have Gluten Free chocolate chip cookies that are brought warm. We got a 6pak a couple times & they have been consistently good. Crisp on the outside, chewy in the middle & they're a good size, so your tummy feels like it ate a cookie & not just a bite.

This was my first time trying Insomnia Cookies and honestly they disappointed. I received stale cookies they tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while and the taste was overall bland. I would've at least appreciated fresh tasting cookies. In my opinion the size of the cookies was not worth the money. I will not be buying from Insomnia Cookies again.

White chocolate macadamia are great! All others - yes, all others, are average/just good cookies. However they are not worth the price at all... you can get same taste for a fraction of the price.

Two of the cookies were raw and when I told them they said that's how they were supposed to look but they were definitely raw. Other than that they are always good.

Customer service was horrendous, fist they couldn't find my name because they where looking for Jose with an H. They gave me 6 cooked when I ordered 12. I had to drive all the way back, and the guy was like yea we are sold out of the other ones you ordered, and then had the audacity to tell me to not get mad like you re expecting me to just live it at that. He knew it was incomplete and didn't even marked them to just a box of six, and he did had some of the ones I ordered and just didn't packed them. And I get home open the box with the missing cookies and he didn't even packed them properly he just threw them there. Horrible customer service I've never had to deal with anything like this.
