I usually love Isaac's but it's so expensive so I haven't gotten from them in a while and unfortunately the quality has gone down. I ordered a side salad for $8 and only got a box of lettuce with none of the toppings- then in the chicken tenders meal they forgot my sauces- and the chicken was gooey and undercooked- maybe it was just a bad day but for the price I don't see myself ordering again

Food tastes decent, but at $17 for a 3inch sub is pretty wild. Nothing like the picture. I get it, inflation's bad, but not bad enough where you have to start giving everyone toddler portions.

I usually love my turkey reuben from Issac's but today it was almost no turkey and a ton of coleslaw. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered "Isaac's chips" which were described as "made by Isaac's," but were Martin's in a bag. Pickles were rotten. The Salted Caramel "Crunch" Cake was so soggy I could almost wring it out. Bad night or bad food? Either way we don't recommend it!
