First time ordering here and food is pretty good. Kiss the chef because the legume is kicking.

Ordered 2 soups and received 1 fork 1 knife. My soup is burnt. Have burnt flavor. Initially, the assistance was awesome in setting up my order, but was disappointed at the outcome. I spent $32 on my order and now throwing away.

I have been a loyal customer but they would not refund a wrong order. I lost $34 on a steamed fish when I ordered a fried fish. Carmen would have found a better solution than to just leave me broke and without a meal. Not the same Island palace.

The food was NOT good. The plantains were over cooked and small. The rice had no taste. I'm very disappointed and will not order from this place again.

It's not the same as the picture. It's very small for 8$ and the dough is burned.
