I had the fries and bone in 12 piece wing, buffalo and lemon pepper flavor. The Buffalo wings had hardly any sauce on them, I had to use my own franks red hot sauce to sauce them up and added slap your mama seasoning for flavor and then cooked them longer in the air fryer which was disappointing since the wings cost an arm and a leg. The fries came in a tiny container that wasn't even full so the portion is roughly a single handful of fries which doesn't match what they advertise. At one point in time they used to serve a nice portion of fries which made the price of the wings worth it but not in this case.

The quality has completely turn into trash. First they get rid of many good flavors. Then now the wings are so dry. They look like old reheated microwave wings.

This was our go to wing place and while the flavor is good, digging through a bunch of soggy fries is very much detracting from the wings. There is not an option to order wings alone even if that is all you are interested in. Hopefully they will start having better options and either realize that providing a bunch of subpar fries does not provide a good experience.

Flavor was lacking...fries were stale. No fork 1 ranch. Extra cost for extra ranch...
