Just picked up carryout from J&K Chinese Gourmet in Gilbert and it hit the spot. Ordered the hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and Gang Pang chicken. The egg rolls came out crispy and golden with a nice savory filling—definitely delicious. The Gang Pang chicken was the star: tender pieces in a flavorful, slightly sweet sauce that wasn’t overly heavy. Both the chicken and egg rolls were excellent.
The hot and sour soup was solid—good balance of heat and tang, with plenty of tofu and mushrooms. Nothing mind-blowing, but satisfying and a reliable classic.
Portions were generous for the price and everything traveled well. Quick pickup and friendly service made it easy. If you’re craving solid Chinese takeout in the Gilbert area, JK Chinese delivers. Will definitely order the chicken and egg rolls again.

Best food I've had in a very long time. The Egg Drop Soup was perfect. The Moo Shu Chicken was heavenly, my husband loved it! The 8 Pieces Crab Puffs were fried to perfection and fresh. The Sesame Chicken serving size was huge! Quite tasty as well. My favorite thing was the fried rice that came with my meal, so flavorful! Highly recommended!!!

J&K NEVER disappoints. I've been eating their food for almost a decade.
Great portions that can be shared or enjoyed for days. Always fresh and even still warm after delivery. When I have another craving for Chicken Fried Rice I know where to keep going!

Im so disappointed because this used to be our go-to Chinese food but it's gone way downhill. The veggies in my Vegetables Pan Fried Noodles were good but only the very top layer of noodles was cooked. All the other noodles were raw, completely uncooked. It was inedible. We won't be eating here again. Terrible service.

I have had this spot a long time ago and gotten this exact order. Today was just such a miss. The Salt & Pepper Shrimp tasted like someone dropped a whole canister if salt on it by accident. I mean I was crunching a bunch of salt. I couldn't taste anything else. And fried rice was so dry. It was not enjoyable to eat at all. I was done with it after a few bites. Super bummer.
