So often when you "customize" an order, it isn't done correctly. .For example, No pickles and when the order arrives the pickles are right there. I have picky children and I am usually trying to "fix" a mistake or two with an order. But Jacks 100% correct. 5 kids, 5 customized orders, 5 orders 100% accurate. And kids love the taste. And portions are spot on. Hats off to Jacks. Will order again

the biscuits were small. texture of the chicken was off putting. didn't care for the extremely sweet iced coffee.

Breakfast Deluxe Completely wrong and undercooked. Smoked sausage biscuit overcooked and undersized. Should have 3 hashbrown orders, but only received 1.

Food dry, and greasy, and the wrapping and bag was greasy as well.the bacon egg and cheese is very small. Next time I won't order from this jacks.

Was short a tender - no big deal really, but the ones I did have had a very burnt aftertaste, like they were fried in old or burnt grease. The fries were a little harder than normal but at least they had flavor. The biscuit was burnt as well. I would've personally checked the order because the entire thing was burnt and/or just not good.
