every time i order from here the meat is dry and bread is stale.

Burger doesnt look as appetizing in person. Not quite sure it's even the same burger. No sauce for my tacos at all, they never give you the sauce even if it's included with the meal. No napkins either.

My order from Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo of $43.56 was incomplete and they only offered me back $21 insane

Everything came as I ordered it. it was delicious BUT I wish they would've added a more of that sriracha in my Sriracha Curly Fry Burger Munchie Meal. other than that I was satisfied with my experience.
