This JIBX makes the best chicken teriyaki bowl!! It always arrives warm and is so yummy!! I order it as much as 2-3 times a week!

In the Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo Curly fries were hot n' fresh & burger was made well, perfect amount of sauces & fresh bun ;) No complaints, yummy!

Cold fries, dry, old, chewy chicken patty. This crew needs retraining. Too expensive to be this poor of a product...

Absolutely no sauces were included. Nothing for fries. Even the teriyaki bowl, which I ordered with EXTRA sauce, had not even the normal amount. Burgers were dry, overcooked. One of my drinks wasn't sent. I've ordered from Jack multiple times from different locations. This store is consistently bad.

Bummed that the Ultimate Cheeseburgers are so much smaller than they were. Prices high, but still my favorite egg rolls...
