why when I order the loaded tiny tacos it always has the lettuce just plopped in the middle of the container?? but they still taste good

Chewing on rocks, was suppose to be a combo but got like 4 fries. My shake was melted and had no cherries when I asked for extra cherries and no drink. Was also missing items
