Burger is missing cheese, missing onions and extra onions which I paid an extra amount for. the fries are ok, but the burger looks like it was made over an hour ago and sloppily at best. not worth the 45 minute wait for this 25 dollar, 3 pc meal.

The triple bacon cheesy jack looked like a kids meal cheeseburger, it fit in the palm of my hand. The french fries were practically uncooked. Absolutely not worth the money

Everything was great just a brownie was missing. Other than that the tiny tacos were so fresh and so good. The burger was good too. Also surprisingly the boba here is very good it's very weird that it's that good but it is, you should try it if you do like boba!

I had the best experience I have ever had while ordering from Jack In The Box. The Manager from Jack In The Box whose name is Brian called me personally to verify my order and also to make substitution's on my order for items I asked not to be on my meal. The manager Brian was incredibly helpful and went so far above and beyond helpful service. The manager Brian deserves not only a raise but, also a promotion. He provided not only exceptional service but, was also incredibly polite and kind.

Today I got two Jumbo Jacks and it seems I didnt get any extra pickles or ketchup I requested. Still tasty. My Jack Wrap came like this, a bit unwrapped. The fries were perfect! Drink and Oreo shake perfect.
