I'm from the Bay Area normally Jack-in-the-Box is a late night drunk food that is subpar. Yet tonight, this location give me one of the best burgers that I've ever had in my entire life. The ingredients were so fresh I was second-guessing myself whether or not it was Jack in the box.

The food here is usually excellent, but last night was the one exception. I usually order the Sourdough Jack burger, and it is usually..like the cheesecake, quite delicious--a great adult choice, if you have adult tastes. Last night, however,, was the one exception. The meat had an “off” taste, like the grill had not been cleaned in awhile. or the meat had been ileft in the freezer too long. Both the cheese and the tomato (staples on this item). were missing. Fortunately, the bacon made it to the roll. There was an unusual small container in the bag, so possibly I received someone else’s meal, but it was unusually disappointing!

Never added a packet of ranch which was put as our required side. The waffle fries were barely sauced and little toppings. Someone might have hit the penjamin too hard before they made this order lmao

TL;DR - chicken strips, cheeseburger and fries somehow cost $55, gave us little of what we wanted and a lot of what we didn't.
Tried to order just 5PC Crispy Chicken Strips Combo (curly fries) and simple double jack Build Your Own Munchie Meal (fries & o-rings)
Somehow ended up forced to order extra drinks fries and dip cups that we didn't want. Couldn't get curly fries at all so settled for onion rings with the reg fries in the munchie meal.
Ended up receiving chicken strips, cheeseburger, 3 orders of cold reg fries, literally the 2 onion rings left from the bottom of the fryer basket, 3 jumbo sodas we didn't want and 2 ranch cups we couldn't change.

Chocolate overload was hard. Jumbo egg rolls were soggy in most spots & stale in others and as always, they "forgot" to include the requested sweet & sour sauce.... the hash brows were stale and seemed like they would've been from early morning time. The tacos had almost nothing inside of the stale, hard tortilla....... it's pretty disappointing to see this become the "norm" lately with Jack in the box.
