The tacos did not have taco sauce and no taco sauce packets were provided. The curly fries were not fresh they were too hard and fried. The chicken sandwich was great and the egg rolls were perfect and warm even. Also they did not provide any sauce for the egg rolls though either. Disappointed in the restaurant.

I ordered the new Jack's Baked Brownie , it was over cooked, hard, and had a wierd flavor, wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on it, I usually love the Mini Churros (5) and usually order them every time I get jack, but this time they were overcooked, cold and hard, they had a spicy taste to them, also a waste of my money! I ordered the Large Oreo® Shake as well and it's literally the only good thing I had!

the egg rolls were especially good. I always enjoy the teriyaki bowl, and the sourdough jack is one of our favorites.
