The fan fav box I ordered and I only had the boneless nuggets. The classic wrap was flat and not wrapped. And my Large vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee had no cream or flavoring of any kind! The Sauced & Loaded Birria Tiny Tacos had barely any sauce and no nacho cheese. The worst order weve had from jack in the box

the smash burgers had regular patties. the 2 Philly-Style Triple Bonus Jack® only had 2 patties and no onions or peppers. also ordered a reg fry and got curly. normally this place is amazing. hoping this is just a 1 time thing

Nit a good order. The breakfast sandwich was cold. The cheese was not melted. The iced coffee was horrible. The coffee tasted old and there was no vanilla taste to it at all. Who messes up iced coffee? Paid too much for a bad breakfast.

The fries were hard as in over fried. I asked for extra cheese indy tacos and there was none. and my egg roll was just flopping around on the top of the box of food, loose. they could have at least put it in a small bag to keep it safe from the driver.
