food was cold. onion rings are burnt. iremoved all tomatoes and tomato productsand they sent a separate bag full o nothing but ketchup packets.Guess they've never heard of people being alergic to tomato

App should be more accurate as to when the order or if the order is ready.
As usual order ahead of time
Walked in and front counter employee had a bit of a frown.. and not so welcoming vibe.
Only issue was missing the dips added onto the order

To be honest the onion rings were hard as a rock and the bun was hard as well super disappointing
