Ordered a large fry and less then half the container was full, the burger was over cooked and smashed. For being over $20 this should have been a $10
Won't be going back.

Aside from the fact that the cheeseburger seemed overpriced, the meat was nearly raw, lacked any grilled flavor, and they forgot to include my drink with the order. The shake was also incomplete—my son was waiting for the cherry on top, which was never added. Poor service, poor product.

We ordered the Jack's party bundle and were very disappointed. The curly fries weren't filled completely and undercooked. The sauced potato wedges box was only half filled with barely any sauce on them. The chicken sandwiches were small and flat and flavorless. The burgers were mediocre and the tacos were mushy. This was our first time trying this place and we definitely won't be ordering again.

I suggest that if you order, expect items to be missing. I've ordered three times, never received my drinks and there's always a food item missing. the Classic Tiny Tacos and 2 Tacos are so bomb though.

We've ordered a few times from our local Jack in the box, and the quality has been great every time. My daughter is obsessed with the mini tacos from this location, and the sourdough Burger has been great. Would order from here again.
